Mixed Emotions

First of all i wanted to say THANKS to everyone for their Xmas wishes. My Xmas turned out even better than expected. I woke up a little late and then my parents gave me the gifts "Santa" left for me. I receive my green mini Ipod - i was pretty excited and it is so pretty! I also receive some clothing and the chalk and bag for my rock climbing; it matches my climbing shoes... Oh! And a new bag to carry my gym stuffs. I also gave them their gifts and they loved them all, they were pretty happy. Then, my family came and they gave me this cute beige purse. We had a nice time, we ate and chatted; it was amazing! Then, my bf came and he brought tons of gifts. He gave me a Fossil watch... oh! It it soo cute and it looks like the one he has that i looove; he also got me this cute blue piggy that feels like the Brookstone pillows and it matches my new comforter! *yay* His sister even sent some presents for me. One of them gave me a cute top - i luv it; the other one sent me a cute piggy bank that sounds everytime i insert a coin. Luv it all! He also brought some gifts for my mom, my dad and my grandma! They all loved their gifts. Then, my friend Zahira gave me this great box that i can use to put all my scrapbooking stuffs, there was also some scrapbooking stuff for me to start my Xmas scrapbook and a Snow White lip gloss. Everything turned out great! Then, at night i went to my bf's house and i got sick. Yea, sick! I took a Benadryl and went straight to sleep there. The next day i was better. (Thank goodness!)

I haven't went to the gym these days. We've been so busy, but everything's been great. Anyways, i woke up today feeling sick. I finally got off bed at 4PM. Can you believe that? Anyways, im feeling better and decided to post before leaving for the hotel tommorow. We'll be spending New Year at a hotel with my family and my bf. It will be great!

The truth is, i've been feeling so sad lately. Why? Have you ALL heard/read about the Tsunami? At first, i heard it and i didnt pay much attention to it. I wasn't even sure about where it was. Then, my friend Arleigh explained it all to me and i went to CNN.com and read it all. I was in shock mood. I couldn't believe it. I started crying as soon as she logged of and i read more and more. Is like things you see in the movies that you get out thinking like they would never happen, but there it was. In front of our eyes. Part of our reality. The first thing that crossed my mind was my friends; my dear friends... were they okay?, were their relatives okay?, there were so many questions crossing my mind: Ipone, Susan, Sheilla, Ziameze, Mita & everyone else; whether i knew them or not. They were real people, that were struggling with so many things right now. And here i was at the comfort of my house, when they might have been devastated my that horrible Tsunami. Could i do something for them? Yeah. I went to Red Cross website and i read that we could help. We can send money or goods. Im definetly helping, that's for sure! They really need the more help we can bring them. And I wanna be part of it. I wanna make a little deifference in their lives, their new lives.

I really, really, really ask for each and everyone of you to call your national Red Cross and ask for HOW you can help these people. Zahira called me and said we can bring canned food, and we are gonna bring some. We wanna leave flyers on mailboxes to make sure people know and help. You can do the same. Please help these people. And please, if some of you know about our friends, please let us know. We'd really appreciate your help.

Let's please hope and pray that they and their relatives are okay. And that there won't be more people found dead...

Merry Xmas & Happy Holidays

For some of you it's already Christmas, for me there's still an hour left for Christmas. But in my family we celebrate it the 25th during the day. We wake up early (like 7-8AM) and open presents and then during the the afternoon my cousin and her family come here and we have a very nice time together. I'm very looking forward to it, 'cause since our Disney trip we have became so close and it is so nice having her around. So, for all of you who celebrate christmas.... MERRY XMAS!!

This week, was supposed to be kind of stressful, but ended up easily than i thought. I spent the entire weekend studying for my Physics exam on Tuesday. Monday, i just had my C++ class and then i went to the gym. I needed some relaxing time. ON Tuesday, i went to college; had Calculus and the C++ professor never showed up so,, at 1:30PM i left the classroom and had lunch with Carla. Then, we went to the cafeteria and kept studying for an hour and a half. When we got to the classroom, the professor came half an hour late, but then he gave us the exams... we had the exams in our hands for like 15 minutes and then he said: "What do you guys think about cancelling this exam and taking another one on January?" We were all like "WHAT?!" and then he said that the exam was very bad written (by the professor who made it) and that it really didn't prove the material we learned so far and bla bla bla. He ended up gaving us some exercises from the book to practice and the exam's on January. Can you believe that? Is that actually possible? Anyways, i called my bf and i went straight to the gym. I came home and started studying for my Calculus exam for Thursday. The next day i was free 'cause my C++ professor gave us the day and i kept studying and studying... At night something weird happened. Well, not weird, something i knew was gonna happened, but it took me by surpirse. *sighs* Anyways, on Thursday i had the Calculus exam. I felt soo prepared. I think i did good. There was just 1 exercises which i didn't finished, but i did half of it, so maybe... half the points is good. Then, at night, i went with my bf to the movies; we watched: "Ocean's Twelve". And i loved it. We both did!

Today, i woke up very early and cleaned around. My room looks very pretty!! I put my new comforter and it looks amazing!! :D I love it.. Will post pictures later. At 6:20PM by neighbor called me 'cause the kids were gonna throw some balloons to the air with a letter for Santa attached to it, so that it will arrive to the North Pole.. ;) They gave me one balloon and i was part of it. It looked so pretty. I tried to take some pics, but it was dark...

Then, my bf came and we had some nice time together. Then, my neighbor came and i helped her and her sister wrap some presents. It was fun!

Now, i just wanted to make a "quick lil' post" to let you all know about me; but, most important, i wanted to wish you MERRY XMAS! Hope that you have a nice time without forgetting the true meanning of Christmas.

Short but here

I know. I've been having some exams before leaving for Xmas vacations and you know, as always... it's been hectic.

Last week, was the usual; classes, gym, home. Nothing else.
On Friday, me and my bf got out of the gym and went to see the movie: "The Seed of Chucky". It was soo much fun! I laughed so much. On Saturday, i spent the day studying for my C++ exam and at 6PM my bf came to pick me up to go to his sister's husband birthday. We wento to my bf house first, then ALL his nephews wanted to go to the birthday. So it took us like an hour extra to decide if they were going or not (because the all wouldn't fit in his car); so an hour later we were FINALLY on our way. We had a great time. They are so much fun and we all get along so well, it's amazing! The food was tasty and the cake... Omg!! unbelievable! We definetly broke our diet *oh-well*.

At the time we got home, we were both so tired and i went straight to bed.
On Sunday, i woke u early and kept studying for my exam. At 4PM my bf came, we order pizza, gave Piggy a bath, and he helped me put up the Xmas lights on the roof and we had so much fun. We even took a picture of ourselves up there.

You can barely see us, but.. that's US!!! *yipee* Then, at 10PM he left. I kept studying and went to bed at 12AM.

Today i woke up a little earlier to go to college. Took my exam. Wasn't that hard, but had some tricky stuffs. Hope i did good. Now, im trying to blog to keep you all posted. Thanks for all the comments y'all.

This week i need to finish doing my Xmas shopping. I can't wait more. And i know it will be hard to get some of the gifts. I hope to have a very productive week and i will visit you all as soon as i can.

P.S: My mom is going to kill me. *haha* Toda i saw Piggy with all her head hair in the middle of her eyes and i thought: "Maybe is hard for her to see" and i got the scissors and with the help of my dad i cut her hair. OMG! What a mess! *haha*
